I am a tenant in a commercial lease.  My landlord filed an unlawful detainer action for failure to pay rent.  It became apparent through the evidence that the rent I gave the property manager was not getting to the landlord.  I hired the Jordan Law Group to put on my defense.  During the trial, Attorney Art Gholian was able to demonstrate that I paid rent each month and was not in breach.  He also effectively cross-examined the property manager and was able to prove my defense.   1. B. London U.K. June 2012 – Business Litigation defense of client accused of fraud.  No offers to settle were made and the claims against our client were dismissed with prejudice for a waiver of costs several days before a jury trial.

I hired the Jordan Law Group to defend me and litigate against allegations of fraud. Their attorneys formulated a strategy, executed the plan and obtained a full dismissal and release.  They got me the result I wanted with minimal costs and fees. I paid nothing to the other side!!!


Premier Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. July 2012 – Real Estate breach of contract prosecuted on behalf of Los Angeles Real Estate Brokers for the recovery of commissions earned after seller refused to release commissions.  Seller also sued Broker for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and breach of contract.  Broker’s demurrer was sustained as to Seller’s claims and matter settled thereafter.

We needed Real Estate Attorneys to recover commissions wrongfully withheld from us by a seller.  The Jordan Law Group attorneys know real estate transactions and were able to aggressively litigate our claims for the earned commission, while at the same time defend a frivolous breach of fiduciary duty claim made by the seller.  The seller’s breach of fiduciary claims were dismissed with prejudice and within weeks obtained a settlement for the full commission plus a large portion of our attorney fees.


Alberta K. – July 2012 – Partition Action and cross motions for attorney fees.

I hired Artin Gholian and Vahe Jordan to defend my interests in four income producing properties ordered to be sold pursuant to a partition action filed by my former business partner.  Art and Vahe guided me through the legal process until all four properties were sold.  When the plaintiff sought to recover attorney fees from me, Art and Vahe wrote argued before the court and reduced my attorney fees exposure by over four thousand dollars.
